Anna E. Dowdy

Attorney Anna E. Dowdy has been with Helms Law Group, PA since 2022. Her main practice areas are civil litigation, estate planning, and criminal law. Prior to joining Helms Law Group, PA, Anna worked as an assistant district attorney at the Union County District Attorney’s Office. 

Anna graduated from Wingate University with a bachelor’s degree. After receiving her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2013, she was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar. 

She is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the Union County Bar Association. 

Anna is a Union County native and graduated from Sun Valley High School. She lives in Monroe. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, walking her dog, and visiting the coast.
